I was made to believe I was gonna have the flattest stomach there is but instead I got an uneven nasty looking stomach. I had to be cut 3 times due to my scar not laying flat. It was a terrible experience, I wish that I could start over and do it again with a different doctor. Dr. Guthrie is a very nice man but work is no where near as good as he makes it seem.

I had smart lipo and mini tummy tuck. I think that Dr. Guthrie is a nice man, and I like his staff, but my stomach turned out wrinkled like an old lady and it hurts to touch my stomach at all times now. I'm afraid there is permanent damage. He said he'll try and fix it. I'm scared to go back under again after all of the pain I've already endured. I'm not sure what to do yet. Only time will tell. For now I'm stuck with a very old ugly looking tummy.

Dr. Guthrie is THE BEST ONE I’ve ever experienced. His transformed My Life completely in 2008 at age 50, my once fit body had bloated to 190 flabby pounds and a 34" waist. I lived a high stress, sedentary lifestyle. I was continually exhausted and plagued by aches and pains. My diet was a never-ending parade of non-nutritious processed foods, I’d heard about cutting edge anti-aging and wellness programs. After doing some research I found Dr. Guthrie. After my initial physical and interview, I received his assessment. I’ll never forget his words: “We’ve got a lot of work to do.” And we set out to do that.. I've had two major procedures done by Dr. Guthrie. Both were wonderful experiences. My scripts were called in and explained to me, my questions were answered, and my concerns alleviated. The results of my first smart lipo were above my expectations. I expect the same from this second one. When I called the answering service with a concern, he personally called me not once, but twice just to check to make sure I was okay. He has impacted my life to a great extent, helping me build a positive self-image, and caring about his work and the results. I have recommended him to more than a few people, and will continue to do so. I have worked with both his previous, as well as current staff, and feel comfortable and confident with their service. I would say you should definitely trust him with any of your cosmetic needs.

My personal experience from Smartlipo service done by Dr. Gurthie was absolutely terrible. No time is taken to give good results, left me with deep groves and holes on my inner and outer thighs and buttocks. In our final consult, I asked him if he would fix his mistakes(he said no) or refund me so I could obtain a qualified doctor to correct my body. Again, he said no and told me he had nothing more to say to me. This is a salesman for quantity rather than quality. My legs are ruined. Avoid this man at all cost!
