Treatment plan was all wrong. Wondered how they graduated dental school. Went to another dentist and 5 of the 6 treatments were mis diagnosed. Always get a second opinion before getting any work done here. I would also have any work they have done checked by another dentist!

One of the main reasons we came into Stonehaven was because of financial concerns. It was half of the cost for my childs sedation appointment at Stonehaven, compared to at the other Dentist. Also, at the other dentist all of my financial concerns were discussed out in the open at the front desk (which was uncomfortable and embarrassing) . At Stonehaven I so appreciate how financial questions are answered and explained in a private room, with no pressure. Also, your staff helped me to be able to pay for the treatment over time with no interest, and were able to get my daughter in for an appointment that day. I left the office and cried, from relief, because I was thinking of putting off my daughters treatment for a few months until I could save up to cover what my insurance didn't cover, but your office worked through all of my concerns. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

During a "free" consultation and exam Dr Eric Tobler/Stonehaven Dental advised me that my #3 molar might have a fracture and the only way to determine if it did was for him to drill into the tooth to see if he could find one. turns out doing this was the worst thing he could have done. he damaged the tooth to the point of needing to be replaced. the tooth had NO fracture and could have been saved by simply having the root canal work redone, as a result i will need to have the tooth extracted and replaced with a dental implant. the costs approx. $4500, with pain and loss of chewing ability for 9 months. Mr. Tobler denied drilling the tooth away. he even denies remembering me as a patient, you can get away with alot when you portray a "good guy image". can't say I would recommend him unless you enjoy paying for services you don't need and you enjoy pain.
