Dr. Brown is great. He only does necessary work, unlike other dentists who try to do as much work as possible just to make money. He is knowledgeable, kind, gentle and great to work with. I recommend everyone I know to him.

Great Dentist! He corrected my daughter's cross bite a few years ago with a simple retainer that cost $150. So much cheaper than braces! We go to him for everything — regular cleanings, etc. Great for whole family. Hygenists are gentle and knowledgable (and I have a sensitive mouth and a bit of a dental phobia, so if they impress me, they are good).

My family and I have been going to Dr. Brown for about 3 years. No one's ever had a bad experience. He's an honest, good dentist who tells you up front and honestly what needs to be done and what doesn't. He's done a very good job on my fillings and I feel like he's not over-priced. I really appreciate that he doesn't do unnecessary dental work because I've been to a few dentists like that and ended up with root canals. My 3-year-old does great at his check-ups too!

The office staff is clueless when it comes to insurance matters. They said a certain procedure was covered by my insurance for my kids, but it wasn't (found out after all my kids had it done). They do not have a full time billing person on staff, so this may be the reason the financial matters are confusing.

Seems like a smart guy- but never returns my phone calls. Staff admits "doesnt return anyones calls". Very frustrated with service. Who knows if he's a good dentist or not. I had to go elsewhere for service. I went to his office two or three times and as a matter of fact, he cancelled two of my appointments in february of 2008. There are a lot of dentists around here- maybe this has something to do with it.
