Great doctor and great staff. Dr. Craig knows his stuff and helped when other doctors couldn't. The receptionist is lovely and even gave out delicious homemade cookies over christmas. You will be in great hands.

I'd say take the negative reviews with a large grain of salt. We all know the type of people who love to complain. Even more so with the last two years we have had due to covid. Dr. Craig and his staff are amazing and I would recommend their office to anyone needing help with chronic pain. Dr. Craig is very knowledgeable and gets right to the problem, and his staff has been professional, friendly, and competent at every occasion. You can't expect any receptionist at a busy office to drop everything the moment you walk in the door and be your best friend. Be patient, be polite. follow instructions, and you will have no problems at all.

The receptionist is very rude! My experience with her prompted me check ratings to see if it was just me. I arrived and greeted her pleasantly and she literally just looked up at me and continued doing what she was doing as if I was a nuisance. The entire interaction with her was horrible. I would not go back there just because of her. The Dr. was ok though.

Please hire a new receptionist . First impression you can tell she doesn’t enjoy her job by the attitude she displays towards you. She would be better suited in an administration role not guest facing.

The reception is so rude and make you feel like you are an inconvenience. Good Doctor but front desk staff need training on how to be kind and accommodating

Went to Dr. Craig after awkwardly twisting my knee. Was told I only sprained my ACL and that I could play soccer again after 2-3 weeks and only needed some physiotherapy. After 6 months of physiotherapy, knee did not get better and went back to Dr. Craig and got an MRI done. Turns out I had completely torn my ACL. I was therefore misdiagnosed by Dr. Craig for 6 months and was given dangerous advice that I could have returned to sport after 2-3 weeks from initial injury. Would not recommend Dr, Craig for sports injuries.

Dr Craig is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I have had what seems to be chronic pain for the last two years, and Dr Craig has really helped decrease the severity and frequency of pain. He is patient and very helpful in regards to post visit care/strategies for improving my situation. All in all, I would highly recommend Dr Craig and his staff to anyone considering.

I didn’t actually get to see the Doctor yet, however the receptionist is quite rude and her customer service skills are very poor. After several back and forth attempts to see the doctor, I’ve decided that the stress of dealing with her isn’t worth it. I decided to seek treatment elsewhere.
