Complete misdiagnosis. Was subjected to needless X-rays and MRI's. Left in frustration and sought the advice of another podiatrist who correctly diagnosed on first visit with an ultrasound in office. Would NEVER, EVER recommend Dr Sekosky to anyone.

Had a very severe ankle sprain after missing a couple of steps and fell. ER took x-rays, didn't see anything and sent me to an orthopedic doctor. She looked at the x-rays, did not examine my ankle, gave me a prescription for inflammation and turned me over to an asst. who put me in a boot, told me to elevate my foot, ice it and come back in 6 wks. My husband is a patient of Dr Tim's and he told me to go see him. What a difference. He examined my ankle, sent me for an MRI and an ultrasound to make sure there were no blood clots. I actually had a tear in a ligament and a hairline fracture. He took the time to explain everything which eased my mind. I ended up in that boot for 3 month and PT for 3 months. Sometimes we had to wait longer for our visit but it's because he takes his time with each patient and truly cares about you. Staff is friendly and efficient as well.

I have never been so disappointed with any medical care in my life until now! After reading what i thought were favorable reviews about Dr Sekosky, I decided to try him after breaking my foot. I was put on hold over 20 min to just schedule an appointment. But thought he must be busy- not a bad thing. However, when I arrived for my appointment. I found the staff extremely unfriendly and unhelpful, especially after waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes with very little explanation. At one hour I asked what the delay was and was told they were verifying my insurance and was on hold. But after 1 hour and 15, I asked if I could simply pay for the visit and was told no, they did not know what to charge and it was their policy to get authorization for insurance. I can fully understand this policy however then why did they wait for my arrival before they called my insurance? Besides, I have NEVER experienced a one hour 15 minute delay anytime I called my insurance. When I pushed for answers I was told they could reschedule me another day or I could try another doctor!!?? Huh? I live more than 40 minutes away, walking on crutches due to broken foot and they are requesting I come back after waiting 1.15 hours!! Not acceptable. They have a very poor attitude and I am appalled at their poor customer service!! Patience BEWARE!!
