Dr. Quei is a very nice man. Very considerate of his patients. He did a Biopsy of my anus & had to advise me that I had Cancer of the Anus. He did it in a very quiet way, & even seemed apologetic that he had to give me the negative news. Unfortunately, I once again going back to him & waiting for him to perform a 2nd Biopsy. As I said to him, it is always nice to see him -- I just wish it wasn't under such negative circumstances!!
