He took our money and ran away. He left us all In The lurch . He is a terrible person with no ethics or humanity. He left his practice and patents and is working In moncton. Do not recommended him at all. Terrible

This man is the definition of a privileged rich white guy. He abruptly closed down his practice and left thousands of people without treatment while also stealing thousands upon thousands of dollars from them. Disgusting human being. He deserves to be put in jail.

Staff working there was great however I have never seen Dr John Sherrard during my 18 months of invisalign treatment aside from my initial appointment. I ended up having 2 gum grafting surgeries due to recession since invisalign and still no follow up from him. Since he treated his staff so poorly that they all felt the need to walk out I am left trying to find a new orthodontist to take over my treatment and have to pay any additional fees that may be added on to what I have already paid him while he walks away and works at another office in Moncton refusing to accept any former patients.
I am thankful my children are not currently in appliances with him as well.

He closed his doors leaving many patients mid treatment high and dry. Patients needed to find new Drs and pay extra to finish treatment. He had many patients 5 yrs into invisaline which doesn't happen with adults. If he had not bailed on his patients I would still be in treatment according my last visit with him for another scan for invisaline trays. I get my brackets off next week and retainers. If I had continued with the trays I had left from sherrards my teeth would have crowded again. Where ever he goes please do not go to him. He is not his father! The dental association needs to take his license.

Absolute train wreck of a situation. Closed his doors abruptly, did not notify patients. We are now left scrambling to find orthodontists, and wondering where the money we already upfront for treatment went

We have always loved the staff we've dealt with at Sherrard Orthodontics, but our past two visits were abrupt and they didn't provide the invisilign trays that were needed to move forward. Then they closed without notice. Very frustrating.

Two of my children go there, doors are now locked, no refund and he is working at another office in moncton. Scammer! Stay away from him or whatever office he is working at.

Lower than low. We’ve been seeing him since 2018 (5+ years) and my daughter’s teeth are still not where they should be. We were booked to go in to get what was supposedly her last box of Invisalign aligners, when all of a sudden he closes his business without warning. Not even a phone call or email to tell us that the office closed and that there wouldn’t be staff there at our scheduled appointment time. I am beyond disappointed in Dr Sherrard’s behaviour towards his patients. Wishing him the best in his future endeavours, but he certainly has left a lot of people hanging financially, with his poor decisions.
