This was such horrible service!!! I got an MRI and they said if I don't hear from my doctor in 3 days phone them. I phoned and she said they don't have it. I phoned the next day and she did not really say they did not have it but was talking about this other sectary of how she was doing her job! Then I phoned this morning and the secretary said they got it. But then the Dr says no they don't have it. I was supposed to go in a month. I said they had a cansellation and I phoned the MRI and they said they sent it to you the next day! That was 6 days ago. THAT CLINIC HAS NO CLUE WHAT IS GOING ON IN THERE!!!

OMG! Had the worst experience of my life with this very arrogant, disrespectful person. Continued to mumble into the computer despite being asked to turn around and speak directly to us. No eye contact. No social skills. Poorest “bedside manner” I’ve ever experienced. Kept us waiting for 45 minutes despite there being no one else in the clinic. I don’t even think he knew the disorder I have that had had been diagnosed by a specialist. Avoid at all costs! Run as fast as you can!

My therapist recommended I see a Dr for information on ADHD. Dr. MacDonald kept calling ADHD medication "speed", and told me I would have "trouble finding a Dr to prescribe me speed long-term". I was just seeking information on next steps based on my therapist's recommendations. I know it was not his direct intention, but he made me feel like an addict trying to score instead of someone taking their first step in understanding their mental health issues. Furthermore he claimed that I didn't seem like I had ADHD because I was not "slow".

This guy does not lie for the sake of your feelings. Hes straight up and tells you the cold hard truth. If you want a hand holder its not him. Buuuut if you want someone thorough and Honest he is your guy. thanks Doc.

Definitely go to this man if you’re in the mood to leave crying! He was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. My sister went in search of a new family doctor and to get some information on a breast reduction, he had her step on the scale and then told her “bit heavy aren’t we?”. She is a completely normal and healthy weight for a woman in her mid 20’s, it’s absolutely revolting. He needs a refresher on how to speak with human decency, and maybe a refresher on weight distribution in women. What if he had said that to a young impressionable 13 year old girl with a brewing eating disorder? Jesus Christ someone get this man’s medical license taken away. Disgusted and blown away by his sheer incompetence. DO NOT GO HERE.

I think all the negative reviews are specific to the person because personally I love Dr McDonald hes always in a good mood he made me feel comfortable he had a good little sense of humor I always smiled and giggled a little and He was straight forward told mewhat I needed to know I can see him possible getting irritated by people who abuse the system trying to get pain pills when they dont need them but its good he wont toleratethat its because he cares and hesnot going to just write scripts for anyone for anything He has very god judgement hes intelligent,you can tell by his knowledge hes been a doctor a long time and people should respect and appreciate him more.Theres not too many ones like him left anymore its all young new ones who lack experience and I was always treated good by him I have nothing negative to say about him. Hes moved to a different clinic but Im happy I was able to find him again,Im going back to see him again

He has addressed all the Medical issues that I have had and were dealt with promptly. His quirkiness doesn't effect me at all. Never had a problem with this Doctor!
