Was not impressed with staff. They mess up referrals often. The doctor talks too much and doesn't listen to what patients say. How can you diagnosis if you haven't heard what is hurting or the reason a patient is actually there for a visit? Phone calls with staff are pretty rude and unprofessional as well.

Dr Chapeski is #1 in general knowledge on many medical issues. His diagnosis is accurate, quick and with good follow thru. His staff is in need of people skills and better management. The women are too gossipy amount themselves which is very unprofessional!

My above rating is based on how I was treated toward the end with regard to two of the staff (Dr. Chapeski & Alice). The rest I recall were fine. I liked him at first, but he gossiped a lot with his assistant, Alice. I overheard them many times talking about me outside the door but once, what they were saying was mean and not true, it made me feel awful because I had just been diagnosed with a terrible disease and was already beside myself with fear. I started having a lot of anxiety and it really has never gone away. Also, he didn't seem to want to help me much after I was diagnosed with this disease that I got from blood transfusions, I was treated like I was contagious or like I got it from a more common way, which was in no way possible. I found a new Dr. after that, but I still think about it all the time because I thought he was such a good Dr. Anyway, no one is perfect, not even Dr. Chapeski.

Dr. Chapeskie is the best! I moved from from his office recently, but still drive way across town to continue to see him. Dr. Chapeskie always takes extra time to explain things to help me understand what is going on and his planned course of action.

Best doctor. Really knows his stuff and does not shuffle you around to specialists. He figures out the problem and fixes it.

The ONLY doctor in Tuscon who took the time to find out what was wrong with me. I had another doctor try to tell me I was depressed, but when I went to Dr. Chapeskie he did not give up, and said we'll keep running tests till we find out what's wrong. After many visits of him not giving up on me he diagnosed me with Fibromyalgia. I was so happy to finally know WHY I was in pain. Unfortunatly I have moved and can no longer see him but now I know what's wrong with me and can finaly get some help. Iv recomended him to the rest of my family still in Tucson.

Brilliant doctor, and as nice a person as you will ever meet. I've had him for over ten years and he is wonderful. Twice he has nailed a diagnosis other doctors missed completely.
