I used to see Dr. Lam a while ago and I never had any issues with anything. She was one of the best gynecologists I have ever had.

As another reviewer mentioned- complicated pregnancies are not her strength. Particularly now with covid if you care about your health and your baby, definitely get additional care if you have complications or are diagnosed with covid or need anything other than a standard pregnancy. She's very nice, but competence particularly with covid complications are poor.

Be really careful… she (and her office) are incapable of helping a pregnant patient that contracts Covid. If you do, seek prenatal care elsewhere.

Can't say enough about Dr. Lam. I am a patient for life. Years ago she herself was on maternity leave and still came to deliver my first born because she knew she could help my anxiety. When she entered my hospital room, I began to cry with relief to see her. Now that's a powerful presence.

Dr Lam is very nice, making every visit a pleasure. She is always smiling and friendly, also very knowledgeable. Staff is great.

Dr Lam is the best in town always felt welcome at her office never rushed,always felt like she put her all into making sure my children got the best care while i was pregnant with them

Dr Lam can be good to work with most of the time but the office staff including the nurses are seriously lacking. The communication is horrible, it can take weeks to get someone to call back. The receptionists are also very rude and I feel like I'm putting them out when I ask for anything.

Dr. Lam is very professional and makes her patients feel comfortable. She takes the time to answer all questions and make sure you are informed. The front desk staff can sometimes come off as being rude.

Test results are never in on time. I can never get anyone to return my calls. Dr. Lam is great for communicating but i feel she has very little knowledge of a high risk pregnancy. Wait time in the waiting room is ridiculous!!! If you are looking for a once in awhile checkup doctor she is great! But would not recommend her for a complicated pregnancy.

The staff is very unfriendly the nurse share their crabbiness. I never look forward to the long wait.
