Dr.Shareef has been my family doctor for more than 3 years,very considerate,very attentive in listening our health issues,a bit busy though if you walk in,but excellent with keeping appointments.

The most terrible doctor i have ever seen, you dont feel confortable and not welcomed at all you wait for lond and he doesnt respect the schedule at all, i dont recommend at all

On April 16, 2018, I went to the walk-in clinic at Milton Family Care Center in Milton, Ontario. The reason for my visit was to get a referral for physiotherapy assessment for neck pain and a refill for my anti-depressant medication. I waited in the patient waiting room for over 2 hours along with 5 other patients. While I was waiting, a family with 3 kids arrived at the clinic and the receptionist allowed them to jump the line. When I was finally seen by Dr. Tawadross, he failed to introduce himself at the start. The atmosphere was not welcoming and I felt rushed throughout the whole visit. The first thing he asked was "Can I help You?". I explained that I was having neck pain from a motor vehicular accident that I was involved in a few weeks ago and I asked if he could write me a referral for a physiotherapy assessment. Within seconds, he typed up the referral and left the room without giving me an opportunity to express my other requests (i.e. a refill for my anti-depressant medication). I felt that his demeanor was completely unprofessional and that I was being rushed out of the door.

Fake fake fake...most disorganised office I have ever seen. I am been waiting for a referral which was sent to wrong address poor specialist was not given any of my tests results and when he tried to call the office no one would be pick up or answer the phone

Honestly, I don't know who writes all these positive reviews because I have been there countless of times and I have seen so many people get so frustrated that they either leave or tell off the reception. I want to start by saying the reception is among the most impatient and incompetent bunch I have ever come across in my entire life. Whenever I needed something done they would always make me wait countless hours and in one incidence weeks. And when I returned to follow up with the doctor, my case was either forgotten about, lost or tossed in a pile by the reception. It is very dissapointing because when I first started seeing Dr. Tawadros, he was very welcoming but now after almost 7 years I'm treated like trash. I have been laughed at by these people and honestly have never in my life been treated with so much disrespect by anyone, ever. Definitely would not recommend. I also bet the other reviews are fake because from what I have seen, people are dissatisfied with this place. Horrible service.
