I see Dr. Crocker on a regular basis for a minor non-surgical chronic issue. Unlike some other reviewers here, I had overall positive experience. It seems that the staff in 2019 is not the same as it was in 2009-2012, and it is better now.

Dr. Crocker is very smart, and has helped a great deal with surgery (prostate cancer) and post-surgery issues. My pathology report showed that the tumor was gone. PSA level is at 0. He's a nice man and a good surgeon. He needs and deserves better staff.

I waited 5 months for an appointment and this office (namely a receptionist named Gail) rescheduled me TWICE and was extremely rude about it. Long story short, I went to these people for a very sensitive procedure and they failed me in that sense, but even still, the worst part of the experience was dealing with the staff...especially the miserable thing named Gail at the front desk. Stay away.
