Dr. Elkadry is wonderful but the same cannot be said about her staff. Making appointments is impossible, getting a response from the portal rarely happens and insurance coordination is a nightmare. I love my doctor but her office needs new management and insurance specialists. It’s extremely frustrating.

I’m going on 22 yrs of dealing w pelvic pain. Dr Elkadry has always listened, given proper time, good bedside manner, and she believes me! I’ve only been with her going on 4yrs and I’ve felt the best w her. I also love rest of staff at Boston Uro/Gyno. They are busy because they are great
I wish people would understand that!

The team that I deal with at Boston Urogynecology Associates is amazing! All the physician assistants that I've come into contact with are very down-to-earth, kind, engaging, and really listen to you describe your issues. Dr. Elkadry herself is also down-to-earth, has a great bedside manner, and is a wealth of knowledge. I had to undergo an extremely intense urological examination (a very embarassing procedure), but I felt quite at ease with the assistants and with Dr. Elkadry. She and her team explained everything clearly, let me ask questions, and offered multiple options for treatment. Dr. Elkadry is sometimes quite late in seeing you at your appointment time, but I think it's worth the wait in order to see her and discuss my symptoms.

She and the Mount Auburn staff were terrific. Having surgery can be nerve wracking and Dr. Elkadry was a great communicater about the whole process and called post surgery to make sure I was feeling well. The surgery was a success and life changing and I could not have felt that I was in better hands.

A "cut and run" surgeon. Didn't bother to take responsibility for errors during surgery and to help with the aftermath of those errors.

I've been a patient of Dr.Elkadry since 5/06. I read the previous comment and have my concerns over this person's credibility. I have been under this facility's care for a moderate-severe case of interstitial cystitis (which I've had since 1998), and have been greatly relieved from the burden of not know how to properly manage my condition by her and her very helpful staff. I have been taught more skills and techniques as to how to treat and maintain my condition than ANY OTHER OFFICE IN THE BOSTON AREA COULD EVER OFFER!! I have found that not only is she and her staff capable of helping me, but also advocates being proactive about learning more to further facilitate discussion and treatment through your findings not just their own! They are proactive on working with you on your level, and are happy to listen to your ideas. There is a variable wait time with this doctor depending on her schedule, but well worth it! They provide exceptional care compared to any other doctor's office.

Nasty and unhelpful staff with and attitude. The place was like a surgical factory. No one seemed to know what was going on and communication was poor. Boston Urogynecology was terrible. Zero post-surgery follow through and the surgeon did not review the notes before surgery resulting in improper positioning for my bad back and I was bedridden for over a month with a back injury and now face a spinal fusion. No one listened to my insistance that my back had been hurt and Mt. Auburn and Boston Uro sent me home with no care and no one even called to check. I ended up in the ER three 5 days post surgery to get help for my back injury that occured during the surgery.
