I have been a patient of Dr Lucy Bernier for 40 years. She is an amazing, compassionate, knowledgeable Doctor. The girls at reception are amazing, very efficient, friendly and extremely helpful and when I call in to make an appointment they get me in that day. Robin is fantastic, very helpful, personable and a pleasure to deal with. I'm a COPD patient and the efficiency at the office is amazing. Robert is Dr Lucy's brother and I've also seen him, he is also a great doctor. Kudo's to everyone in the office, they are terrific. Keep up the AMAZING work.

My grandma has been suffering for month and dr. Lucy has done nothing! Her physiotherapist is the one that got the ball rolling in treatment for my grandma or else who knows how what would be happening now! Terrible!

I went to see Dr Bernier when my family doctor had no interest in helping me with my severe back problems. I cannot say enough good things about her. She is extremely easy to talk to like a best friend! She spends at least half an hour with you, makes sure all your questions are answered. Overall, she is the most compassiate and knowledgable family doctor I have seen in my life. I would recommend her to anyone!

I have seen this doctor for at least 18 years now and I feel bless that I feel so comfortable with her and she is so knowledgeable. I have been diagnosed with several medical issues and she has referred me to excellent Specialists at the U of A. For shortage of Doctors I have to admit I am sure a lucky one to know my Dr. has time for me. Keep up the good work Dr. Bernie Lycka, oh by the way the staff they deserve a Star as well.

I saw Dr. Bernie-Lycka for two years. I was so sick I could hardly walk. She kept telling me that it was stress and prescribed antidepressants, sleeping pills, anti-anxiety pills, etc. Finally I went to see another doctor, this doctor reviewed my file and within one week had me diagnozed with Graves Disease. Hep C (when I told Dr. Bernier-Lycka about the whites of my eyes being yellow she kept telling me I was not in a high risk group and not to worry). I had also had tests done with abnormal results and was never advised. My new doctor actually told me to consult a lawyer. I also had two eardrums perforate because she would not send me to a specialist for an inner ear infection

She is a great doctor. I feel very comfortable with her. She is very thorough and I never feel rushed. She is also very knowledgable. A great find!
