The receptionist was extremely rude. I received no instructions prior to my testing and was treated badly. As for Dr. Connolly, he completely blew off the fact that I have been diagnosed with other lung issues and blamed my problems on other facts in which he did not want to treat or address.

The receptionist was rude. She makes it clear she doesn't work for him. He was quick to ask the questions needed . He made me feel that I was truly in good knowledgable hands. If you suffer from snoring or sleep apnea then Dr.Connolly is your man.

The receptionist was vary short and spoke for the DR about treatment and asked questions that only the Dr should ask. This was the third time that I talked to her and she spoke like I was wasting her time and the Dr time all three times I had contact with her.

The phone appointment booking is done offsite apparently. That lady was polite but unnerved me a bit by saying that my appointment, my first visit, would be only 30 minutes. However Dr. Connolly was personable, willing to listen to my comments and very clear in describing all aspects of the situation. I was not rushed at all. A young lady arrived to watch the front desk after I and others arrived. Meanwhile, the doctor had to handle all ends and did so without upset.

Dr. Connolly became my specialist when I went to Emergency with a serious respiratory illness earlier this year. I saw him that evening and then he came to see me for the next 6 mornings that I was in the hospital. Apparently he doesn't take a day off because he's taking care of his patients. He is always nice and answers any questions I have. Someone commented that they felt like they were be interrogated - well he's a busy guy!! He needs to cut to the chase in order to get to all his other patients in and out of the hospital. I feel that he is always thinking and concentrating which some people may think is being abrupt. A little late a couple of times with appointments, not important as far as I'm concerned. Julie, his receptionist, has always been pleasant in person and over the phone.

Dr. Connolly was not personable, and made me feel like I was in a police interrogation not a doctor consult. I let with no answers and was not feeling good about the appointment.

Dr. Connolly was very thorough in his evaluation of my recurring pneumonia. He took plenty of time to explain things to me and answer my questions. All my scans were scheduled promptly and I got the results in a reasonable period of time. Dr. Connolly returns calls and has had discussions with me over the phone wihtout making me book an office visit. He is an excellent doctor.
