Dr. Malhotra preformed my rhinoplasty in 2018, which absolutely exceeded my expectations. So it wasn’t even a question who my surgeon would be when I decided to replace my previous breast implants (placed by a different surgeon) that were done in 2009. I am so thrilled to say that again, I am completely blown away with my results! He listened to exactly what look I was hoping to achieve with my new breasts and that’s exactly what he accomplished with my breast implant exchange surgery. After having two amazing surgeries performed by Dr. Malhotra, I can confidently say I will never go to anyone besides him! Dr. Malhotra is AMAZING! I had always wanted breast augmentation. I wanted a smaller, natural look! He achieved exactly that. I was so nervous and he made me feel so comfortable. He was very professional and explained every little detail. He showed me work he had done on other patients which was very helpful. I also did a sizing with Tammy to see what fit my body. I had my surgery 3 weeks after meeting with him. Of course the day of the surgery I was nervous. However when he came in before surgery all my nerves went away! I decided on 275 cc saline breast implants. I am very active and I didn't want to struggle when running. However I wanted to not look like a boy in swimsuits or tank tops. If you are looking for a surgeon to do your breast augmentation...LADIES look no further! He is the Dr for the job!!

Dr. Pramit Malhotra is an excellent plastic surgeon, professional, soft spoken & caring.
He did a breast lift for me on 01/08/20, and it is looking great! All of that excess skin (from a big weight loss I had) is gone! My nipples are symmetrical & still have normal sensativity. He even managed to tighten up the skin in my arm pits & removed all of the ugly seborrheic keratosis ("senial worts" aka "toad warts/spots") from under my breasts. Wow!
I am so pleased with his work & am forever grateful. I highly recommend him. He has offices in Ann Arbor & Jackson, MI.
His staff, especially my Patient Care Coordinator, Tammy Neelis are wonderful, positive, supportive & very informative. She removed all of my doubts & fears as well as answered all of my questions. She walked me through the whole process, step by step.

I had a lift and breast augmentation..After having 3 kids my breast we're deflated and sagged..Tammy in the office made me feel very comfortable and helped me with choosing the right size..I am only 1 week post op but so far I am very happy with my breasts...I would recommend Dr.Malhotra to anyone that is interested in plastic Surgery..

Had a great experience with Dr Malhotra and his staff! I am 5'3" 115 lbs and went in as a very small A cup. With some help from Tami I decided on going with a 300 CC saline implant, which left me with a small C cup. The size fits my frame perfectly they look natural and amazing. I could not be happier with the entire process and outcome from my breast augmentation with Dr Malhotra.
