Best Dr. ever. If you are getting offended by her, get over yourself. It takes a screwed up person to help and fix another screwed up person.

I LOVE Dr. Tew. She was a little hard to read at first, but I am comfortable with her care plans and she has always been right on spot with me. She basically does just medication management for me, but I could sit and talk to her forever. i love her side ways head tilt when she is intrigued by something I say. She is always genuinely happy when I am and sad when I am. Can't say enough good about her!

I found Dr. Tew to be seemingly unprofessional. She seemed distracted by occurances happening in her own life and was unable to provide her full attention. I felt some underlying anger or frustration from her personal life being exuded and implemented into my session.

Great Doc. All 5s from me. No "Overall" category available, for which she would also get a 5 from me. She mainly does medication management, with only a small amount of "talk therapy". I am disappointed, since she has also been a great counselor for me.

I travel far to see her because I like her that much. She is genuinely concerned about her patients and wants them to feel better. She has helped me a great deal and I finally feel like myself again. I would highly recommend her as a doctor.

1st psychiatrist appointment I'd ever had, didn't know what to expect. She was nice enough. Basically, if you don't want to take an antidepressant (for mild anxiety and stress as result of chronic face/jaw/neck/tmj problem), there's not much reason to see her. No other options were discussed other than that.

I saw doctor Tew after my former doctor retired. I found her to be condescending and judgmental. When discussing my eating disorder (from which I am in recovery) and possible negative side effects she discovered that I was already aware of the possible negative health outcomes. She said "I'm glad someone has taken the time to educate you." which I found insulting since I've done a great deal of independent study. She was rude about my level of education "is that just a bachelor's degree?" She scheduled me for an appointment three months out. I received no courtesy call and to my fault missed one appointment. I received a bill in the mail where my credit card was charged for the missed appointment. No warning, no one strike..just too bad you missed it. I won't be returning to see her again.
