I feel compelled to rate this doctor as she has cancelled many appointments. As a patient of psychology, you gear up for your appointment, arrange other appointments so they don't conflict with this reoccurring appointment and then she cancels. I find this very insincere , unprofessional, and disrespectful to say the least. No effort to reschedule the appointment, simply cancelled.

I typically do not rate services nor professionals negatively. However for the interest of the public I feel I have to do this. She has been unreliable, very centered on herself as not listening. I repeated different times my stories and she can't remember. She had to be reminded by my insurance company to fill my form as I was being cut off without her doing her work. On one occasion, she was very late and told me their was a line up at the store. She didn't even apologize. I would not recommend her

I've been seeing Doctor Allard for the past three years. I live with chronic pain. Dr. Allard has supported me and has given me good advice. She continues to help me live with this debilitating condition. I strongly recommend her. She helps me to stay positive and to want to live.

I rate Dr. Allard as an excellent psychologist. She is pleasant, polite and professional. She is always on time and a hard worker. I have the utmost respect for her and am very happy to have her as my doctor. Dr. Allard is very patient and understanding, most of the times i visit her I am very angry, frustrated and unhappy; ready to give up on live, but she always manages to show me some purpose... I highly recommend her.

I am so lucky that I am been introduced to Dr Allard, she helps me tremendously and changed my life totally, now I understand why everybody recommend her in the Ottawa region.
