Dr MacMillan did deviated Septon surgery on me back in the early 2000sands. She did an excellent job! I remember how great I felt when I recovered.
That’s why after 17 years I felt the need to say something , every day since that it feels just as new and good in 2020 as it did on that day many years ago. thank-you Dr Macmillan.

The moment I walked in this "Dr" asked me my political views then–before I could even comprehend her ridiculous question–she preceded to proclaim I was a liberal yuppie. Later on I tried to ask her a question about the surgery she was going to perform and she stated, "you're a part of the 'McDonalds generation' you want all your answers yesterday", she then walked out of the room. On my way out I asked to borrow a pen from the receptionist to sign my signature and upon request she told me she would shoot me if she didn't get it back. Please please please do not go here, it's like a scene from Black Mirror or the Twilight Zone.

Should retire has NO interest in patients actual problems. Just wants to sell allergy shots or a hearing aid. Will be rude and will attempt to bully you when you say no. Expect to wait LONG past your appointment time before you get in. Go else where if you want to be helped, as she will only look to cash in on your health care insurance.

This was the worst experience of my life.. I took my 92 year old mother to see this doctor to have ear wax removed.. she was rude and down right mean to my mom and has absolutely NO experience dealing with the elderly or anyone for that matter. I have never left a negative review for anyone before but felt it my duty to inform the public to look elsewhere!

A visit to Macmillan today was the worst experience ever. She was rude, her words were "KEEP QUITE, I WILL ASK THE QUESTIONS AND YOU ANSWER THEM". She put something down my throat without telling me what she was doing and when I jumped her words, "STAY STILL, NOW I HAVE TO DO IT ALL OVER". End results nothing was resolved. They should pull her license.

I visited Dr. Macmillan today for a consultation. Over the phone I explained that I have a tree nut allergy and that I would like to be retested. I was told that this would be no problem and that I had to come in for a consultation first. I came in and was told by Dr. Macmillan that she would not do the test "in case I have an allergic reaction" and that people do not grow out of allergies. First of all, I have been tested twice by two different doctors in the past for my allergy and it was completely safe and I know that sometimes allergies can come and go. She said "well, is it that difficult having an allergy?" when I inquired why I wouldn't be able to get tested. The appointment lasted less than five minutes and I still had to give a copay. When asked if the copay could be waived due to the misinformation I was given, she laughed and said no.

Dr. MacMillan was quick and efficient. She made a preliminary determination of my condition, then followed up with test to confirm. She is kind and knowledgeable. One of her strengths is her ability to explain things simply without talking down to you. I had absolute faith and trust in her, and I was not disappointed. I could not ask for a better doctor
