Dr. Herschman is a highly competent doctor who gives you all the time you need for your visit. That's a trade-off for those whose complain about excessive waiting time. This isn't a mill--get you in and out in 10 minutes---and they don't really overbook. Sometimes people need more time, and they get it. Dr. Herschman will err on the side of caution, and you'll be sent for a fair amount of testing if you have issues. It's not the crony-work-creation-referral scam, rather it comes form a deep belief that timely in-depth medical analysis of problems saves lives and averts bigger problems down the line. This is a dedicated caring doctor who is looking out for you

Dr. Herschman is a wonderful Doctor. She is very caring and understands the needs of her patients. I felt very comfortable from the moment I walked in to her office. Her staff is kind and friendly.

I have never met a more kind intelligent and devoted physician. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend her to anyone who is seeking an excellent doctor

Doctor is thorough and seems to be concerned with her patients well being doing visits. However office staff is not helpful and has an unrealistic turn around time on any request. The office staff can also be very rude and argumentative. This is a very uncomfortable and I had never experienced this in all my years of seeing a physician.
