Dr. Jones is very professional and knowledgable about his profession. He takes time with his patients and what he recommends is best. I went to other surgeons for consults and felt very uncomfortable! Dr. Jones is not only a very gifted surgeon, I feel he genuinely cares about his patients and giving u the best outcome possible. I couldn't have had a better experience. His staff made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Never once did I feel rushed or unimportant. Dr. Jones answered every single question I had in a way I could understand, he took the time to make sure I was knowledgeable about the procedure. Post op I feel and look wonderful. I had some concerns about some bruising and he promptly returned my phone call on a Saturday. He didn't have to do that, it was his day off- but he did. He went above and beyond. I remember right before I was put under I told him how nervous I was and he patted my hand until I was asleep. You can compare his online gallery to every other doctor you find on google and its obvious his work is so much more beautiful, but what you can't find on google is how he treats you as a patient. He really takes those extra steps to make sure you are completely comfortable and taken care of.

So kind and helpful. He makes the feel comfortable at some of your most awkward times. I had seen two other surgeons for consults and cannot be happier with my choice. His work is beautiful, go look at the before and after photos and see for yourself! I definitely recommend him. Plus he is very handsome.

I found Dr. Jones to be very cocky and arrogant, and he didn't listen to anything I had to say. When I asked questions about the implant he used, he told me not to worry about the details since he was the expert. When you're dropping $5K on surgery, not to mention altering your body forever, that was a terrible thing to hear. I ended up going with another surgeon who spent time answering every question I had, and his recommendations were spot on. Dr. Jones recommended something totally different, and I am so thankful I didn't end up going with him.

Dr. Justin Jones' work is impeccable. His knowledge and attention to detail are exactly what you are looking for in a plastic surgeon. He performed a breast augmentation on me in August 2013. I live in Texas and researched surgeons from San Antonio to Dallas, Houston and others in OKC.Their work could not compare. To be specific-often times, in the after pictures, look at a woman's nipples. Some doctors seem to point them outward, some seem to pay no attention at all,with one pointing up and to the left and one down and to the right...seriously! Or the breast pockets are not formed well. When you view Dr. Jones' before and after photos, the quality of is work is evident. When I had my mammogram last year, the technician said that she was "amazed that my breasts were augmentations" and that "she had been doing this for 20 years and hadn't seen them look so natural". This is an important decision and investment ladies, choose carefully. I highly recommend Dr. Jones!

I had a tummy tuck by Dr. Jones in November of 2011. He was professional and informative. I was 58 at the time of my surgery, and was concerned that any doctor would think to have the surgery at my age was foolish. Dr. Jones was concerned because of my age and previous medical history, but only about my recovery and possible complications. My procedure went much better than I thought possible. I had virtually NO pain, and my recovery was remarkably easy. I have gained some weight and my abdomen STILL looks wonderful. I have recommended Dr. Jones to several friends and they have ALL loved their results.

I'm 4 weeks post op and I've yet to hear from this Dr. I have questions and am concerned about some discomfort I'm having now. Called, left messages, sent pics and emailed them. I have yet to get a reply and its been 4 weeks. I'm going to call another Dr in that area for a follow up. Maybe I can get some answers from them since this staff ignores you!! This behavior is unacceptable and definitely unprofessional. I wonder if I can get partial money back since I paid for follow ups and I have yet to get one. 4wks? Wow!

Couldn't have felt more comfortable. Dr. Jones was very professional and knowledgeable. Did my BA one year ago and I couldn't be happier! Staff is awesome too. You truly get what you pay for, and Jones is the best.
