My cardiology issues have been looked after by Dr. Richmond for approx 15 years. Today while I’m actively in a crisis time of atrial fib, leaking mitral valve, pulmonary edema in the hospital in his area, he tells me through his secretary that he’s no longer dealing with patients in active hospital care…. and wo’t refer me to someone else. So right now I have no ‘team captain’ who will help me resolve my active care. He just cut me off cold!!

A year ago I was consulted by Dr. Richmond. Following medical investigations and tests, I rigorously followed the recommended treatment, and now I feel very good: my blood pressure has dropped to almost abnormal values, I have a peaceful sleep, I am not tired as before, my blood sugar has dropped, my general condition is much better.
I was impressed by the friendly way the consultation went and the medical experience.

Dr. Richmond is a top hands on doctor. The very best doctor I have ever met. He will continue to be my sons doctor as no one could ever fulfil his expertise. Thank you Dr. Richmond. My son had gone to another cardiologist in the area and was very displeased with the treatment..Said one thing and never followed through.. Dr Martin Richmond you are the very best! No one can beat you! Your Secretary is the best..Wonderful caring lady...Thank you both....

If it wasn't for Dr. Richmond's "hands-on" approach to medicine I am quite certain I would still have AFIB. He was very quickly able to step through the appropriate procedures and medicines that provided relief and most importantly identified that I was a candidate for a cardiac ablation. Two other cardiologists in the area failed to do this. As a result I can continue working in my two trades and breathe easy. Thank you Dr. Richmond and also thank you to your caring and dedicated receptionist as well.

Dr. Richmond is an Earth Angel. He saved my Dads life while in the ER. Honestly, he knew what was going on with my Dad while the ER staff had no clue....he even had to give one of the ER nurses a lesson in blood oxygen and CO 2 levels...which should be a normal practice for an ER staff.....Do not hesitate to see Dr. Richmond.....I consider it an honour!

I was very disappointed at frivolous childish reply I got to a genuine suggestion regarding the mysterious clotting of my blood incite of taking long term blood thinners. disregard to my concern.
