Medicaid / Medi-Cal
Friendly and polite but as dumb as a rock. Graduated from Abbis Abbeba (Ethiopia) that tell you something. The solution is to write a prescription for everything (half dozen meds). When I need to see a specialist I have to tell him which one (nerve pain a neurologist). Since when does patient make diagnosis? No wonder he takes Medicaid.
