Sadly missed, gone too soon. Dr. Lakin was one of the finest GP's to grace our town. Probably delivered half of the population.

Dr. Lakin delivered me, and then went on to deliver my children, so he was my doctor for my whole life. He was truly an amazing man that I would have liked to see stick around (for selfish reasons of course). I have yet to find a dr that has the kind and caring nature that he has. Not only would he go out of his way to help anyway possible, his wife was just a sweet and caring. I hope only the best to him and his family and I do hope someday that I will be able to find a dr that is half as good as he was as a dr.

Now retired but he was an excellent doctor, caring and personal, professional and diligent. Thank you for taking such good care of our mother. There aren't too many doctors like you today. . . customer service #1!

Dr Lakin is a very kind, gentle man who has provided terrific care for over 30 years for our whole family. He takes the time to really listen to you, and if doesn't hesitate to refer you to a specialist when necessary. I'm happy for him and Julie now that he's retiring, but he will be sorely missed.

Excellent doctor. I am sorry that he is retiring the end of December from Family Practice. He has been my doctor for almost 30 years. He does not hesitate to refer you to a specialist where he sees a need.

I absolutely love Dr Lakin. He is a kind, caring and compassionate man who genuinely cares for all his patients. He's been our doctor for 32 years now and I don't know what we'd do without him.

Dr.Lakin is an excellent ,knowledgeable and caring doctor.If he doesnt have the answer to your problem he quickly sends you in the right direction for the answers.He makes house calls when required and looks after many people in the nursing homes.Anyone who finds themselfs in Dr Lakins hands is indeed in excellent care.As an added bonus his wife is the receptionist and general traffic controller.It is not unusual for her to work you in on the same day if you have a problem.You just do not find this type of excellent care anymore.
