I'm so grateful to Dr Fryer and staff for the help and support that they gave me. I lost a lot of weight and looked like a melted Barbie doll. While I was grateful for the weight loss I didn't feel comfortable in my skin. When I met w/ Dr Fryer he went through everything that I wanted done and answered all of my questions. From start to finish I had a 10/10 experience with Dr. Fryer and the staff at Premier Plastic Surgery. He and his entire team are genuine, knowledgeable, and made for a flawless process. As a very active female, I have wanted a breast augmentation for quite some time. Although it's a relatively common surgery, I still debated it with all the health scares, new methods, and info you read online. To me, my health is everything so I knew that if the results were not exactly what I wanted, the surgery wouldn't be worth it. I initially found Dr. Fryer through his free 87 page Breast Aug Planner PDF file (abetterbreast.com). Highly, highly recommend reading - it is a great resource and goes over pretty much everything you need to know. So many of my questions were answered and initial trust built just from that document. I read the whole thing and booked a consultation. During the consult, I felt very confident with him/the team, his sizing and surgery methods, him understanding my wants, etc, everything. Once you have your consult, you understand why people have such nice things to say about him. He is very good at what he does. Due to some fitness events, I actually didn't book my surgery after that initial consult... But a year later, I decided I was really ready to get them done and went right back to Dr. Fryer. I booked a quick second consult, and the surgery as soon as I could. I felt assured he understood what I wanted and I can confirm, he did because I am already loving my results. I didn't have an ounce of doubt going into the surgery... the PDF book + consult took any hesitation I had away. I am just over a week post-op and feeling great! Surgery day was easy and my recovery/pain has been even better than I expected. I can't thank Dr. Fryer and the office/surgery staff enough :)

The answer is absolutely YES! Go see him don’t wait another day! Dr Fryer really listens, understands, and cares not only about your finally result but what your results are years from now. I feel like my old doctor just didn’t care about what would happen to my chest, I was so afraid and sad that my breast would always be to large and messed up. I was terrified to have “Frankenstein looking” scars and bags hanging and long recovery time. This is not the case with Dr. Fryer! No bags, my scars were still very small, no bruising, I felt like I recovered faster then before when I was in my 20s. My chest looks better than it EVER HAS! The answer is yes, absolutely yes!!!

Dr. Fryer came recommended by many of my friends and family. I was looking to remove very old breast implants (40+ years). I was contemplating weather to replace, have a lift, or leave out. Dr. Fryer listened to all my feelings about what to do and could tell I leaned to leaving them out and not replacing. He said it would be simple to come back in and replace if I did not like how leaving them out looked. I went forward and had the removal. It went beyond well. I am so happy with the result. I needed only Tylenol and Celebrex for pain. Hardly, any pain at all. Don't hesitate to consult with him for all your needs. The practice is in a lovely building and the staff are all excellent and kind. In closing, something else I have appreciated is how on each of my appointments I never waited to be seen. They do not book the appointments so heavy that they fall behind.

Dr. Fryer did my breast implant removal surgery as an in office procedure. Dr. Fryer was very kind and explained everything he was going to do before he did it. Both of my implants were ruptured and he was very thorough ensuring he removed all of the silicone. I would highly recommend Dr. Fryer for this procedure it was surprisingly painless and no down time afterwards.

Dr. Fryer spent as much time as I needed in the appointment. He was very thorough with what the procedure entails and asked me multiple times if I had any questions. His staff is wonderful. Very kind and happy. I am very happy with the results and have recommended him already to others.

He truly cares about his patients and goes far above in explaining each part of the process of surgery and recovery, and establishes clear scientific based guidelines to make sure that what you want is also appropriate to your body size dimensions. I loved his 87 page guide to surgery that set me up for success. NO ONE out there provides such invaluable information! My procedure was a breeze and recovery was minimal, largely due to the advanced knowledge and prep that Dr. Fryer provided. I am thrilled with my outcome and can't recommend him enough! My body feels and looks amazing! I can see why he is so sought out and patients come from across the country, he is truly the best! I am in an online national support group (BustMob) for cosmetic surgery and I was astounded how unprepared other women were by their surgeons left to guess at sizing and decisions & under informed on surgical expectations and recovery. I realized how much of an exceptional experience it was to have Dr Fryer as a surgeon! #1 for a reason!

El trabajo hecho por el Dr. Fryer ha sido realmente asombroso, soy una mujer de 49 anos, con implantes mamarios desde hace 20 anos que habían sido puestos delante del músculo, recurrí a mi cita con otro Medico antes de ir con Dr. Fryer por recomendación del Radiólogo que elaboro mi última Mamografía al encontrar sombras en mis imágenes y palpar los implantes muy duros en su revisión. Este Medico me dio como única alternativa extraer mis implantes y colocar unos nuevos, alegando que era imposible que yo pudiera quedar con un seno de apariencia normal si no colocaba un nuevo implante, inclusive dijo que yo no podía tener un levantamiento porque ya habían hecho uno en mi operación inicial. Obviamente, me sentí muy frustrada después de esa cita Médica porque yo no quería nuevos implantes, solo quería sacar los implantes encapsulados y quedar con un busto de apariencia normal. En mi búsqueda de una nueva alternativa me inscribí en varias páginas de reviews sobre operaciones de cirugía plástica que mostraran resultados sobre Extracción de Implantes y levantamiento de senos y fue cuando encontré opiniones sobre resultados de trabajos hechos por Dr. Fryer de mujeres de diversas edades, muy felices y agradecidas por su gran trabajo, así fue como decidí tomar mi cita y escuchar su diagnóstico.
Dr. Fryer no solo me hablo sobre las posibilidades de retirar mis implantes encapsulados, sino que me mostró con herramientas tecnológicas todo el proceso que teníamos que recorrer, hablo de los riesgos y de las posibilidades de tener éxito, todo esto en un clima de cordialidad y compasión que me hizo confiar en el inmediatamente.
Llegado el día de la Cirugía , Dr. Fryer y todo su personal hicieron su trabajo de una manera asombrosa, en ningún momento me sentí incomoda, descontenta o en peligro, el anestesiólogo me hizo responder algunas preguntas de seguimiento para verificar que todo estuviera acorde a la cirugía, en realidad fue un proceso sencillo y rápido, al despertar me sentía bien y lista para ir a casa.
Al llegar a casa recibí la llamada de Dr. Fryer para notificarme sobre lo pasado en la operación y sus expectativas sobre los resultados de la cirugía, luego en mis 3 citas de Follow up la atención y cuidados han sido increíbles, siempre recibe instrucciones claras y precisas a mis preguntas.
Finalmente, a tan solo 3 semanas de mi cirugía mis heridas están cicatrizando muy bien y los resultados son magníficos, mis pechos quedaron en mejor forma que los de mi juventud, estoy tan feliz y agradecida con el trabajo del Dr. Fryer y lo recomiendo totalmente. Dr. Fryer is an incredible surgeon. He made me feel comfortable in the first consultation and even after my 3 month follow up. He never seemed to be in a hurry, has incredible manners, and was very patient answering my list of questions preop/postop. His staff are very friendly.

I had a re-augmentation after 14 years and my breast look better than the first time. I love my breast and grateful I chose Dr. Fryer.

Dr. Fryer was beyond amazing! He was so personable, detail oriented, and thorough, giving me and my husband all the information we needed. He answered all our questions, explaining the why and every detail and spent as much time we us as we needed and wanted. I felt extremely comfortable with him. He also talked me out or an unneeded procedure instead of just doing it to get the extra money. He walked us through the whole procedure from start to finish. Helping me make the best decision for my body. He was extremely safety conscious and my recovery pain was minimal compared to what it could have been. I am so happy with my results!!! He's more than the average plastic surgeon!!! His attention to detail, finesse, and knowledge makes him an amazing choice for plastic surgery!
