Dr. Chan was fabulous with us and our care! always very calm and willing to answer all of our questions! he is one of the most dedicated doctors we have had!

Happy with him at first however as time passes and cancer worsens, we find he (and his office) to be incompetent at handling the details required to provide timely and appropriate care.

I do not like him as a dr. He changes his mind every time he talks to me. He doesn’t listen to my concerns either. I’m very disappointed in having him as an oncologist

Not very knowledgeable .Does the bare minimum. Performs his useless physicals and has never found a lump even though they were there. Not very good.Would not recommend.

Excellent Dr. at times seems spread a little too thin . Dr. Chan answeres all questions .

Dr. Chan does not LISTEN to a patient. He does not answer crucial questions. He does not remember from time to time what questions were asked---so what does he write down? Probably, the situation only from his point of view. All very poor behaviour on his part!

Absolutely great doctor, I’m blessed to have been referred to him. My cancer journey was much more bearable with him on my case. I always felt taken care of by him and his nurse.

I have had Dr Chan as my oncologist since my Colon Cancer re-section. He is very thorough and leaves nothing to chance in ensuring your cancer is not returning. He goes "The Extra Mile" to make sure you are comfortable with your test results. His punctuality is not a concern for me as I feel that is a result of staffing numbers, etc. Our Cancer Clinic does an exceptional job given their resources at hand!

Both Dr Chan and his nurse are a great duo. The cancer center is an extremely busy place yet he takes the time to talk to me and explain the next steps in my cancer journey. THANK YOU
