I'm one of those people that get extremely uptight, nervous, and anxious to the point of feeling sick when they think of going to the dentist. Well, I used to be! Dr. Brough & her amazing staff are so awesome I haven't cancelled a dental appointment due to anxiety since my first visit! She is a WONDERFUL dentist! She's kind and just like the name of her office, Gentle Dental, gentle! My mouth is in better conditioner now than I ever thought possible!

When I walked into Doctor Brough's office I was in so much pain I was trying not to cry. It hurt so bad I couldn't even sleep some nights. I had five cavities, two old and worn out fillings, and a cracked and hurting crown. She filled all five cavities, replaced my trashed fillings, and replaced my bad crown. The work was extensive, but I didn't care because I'd heard about her and knew that she would alleviate my pain. It was worth it to just go to call them, schedule an appointment, and then let the dentist and her helpers do their job. Now I feel as if I have a new mouth and set of teeth. If you are in pain, and need an experienced dentist that can stop and fix that pain, then I would recommend you call Dr. Brough now before it gets worse and you get more cavities like I did. Thank You, Doctor Brough and team!

Although the hygienist was wonderful and Dr. Brough was nice and seemed knowledgeable, she did want to replace a crown that has never given me trouble- and it's been a year since she saw me last- with no problems still (I still have my old crown). The reason I switched dentists was because of a dishonest person at the front desk- not sure the name- but she told my insurance person one thing and me another story (while I was waiting on the other line) regarding a payment issue. The matter was enough to turn me off as it was an outright lie. One thing I cannot forgive and forget are those who tell untruths as adults!

Office is great for those with fear of going to the dentist. Relaxing atmosphere, staff helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, I needed an oral surgeon and through Dr. Brough's office an appointment was scheduled 2 days later. I thought that was pretty great (especially since I was in pain).

Dr. Brough and her staff Angie, Kathy, Ann & Jamie have saved my teeth and my smile on many occasions! Dr. Brough does beautiful cosmetic dentistry, their work is painless, and Angie's comforting pat always calms me right down. They work with me to teach me how to take care of my teeth and gums, so that I can keep my own teeth. My friends frequently comment how good my teeth look now, which is a miracle, since I had lost most of my front upper teeth, and Dr. Brough had to build a bridge across the front. I am very thankful for my beautiful front teeth, and am working hard to stay healthy and take good care of them. Thank you Dr. Brough and staff!

Brough filled 1 cavity & removed 3 amalgam fillings, to replace them w/ white fillings. (The amalgam fillings were 25 + years old, and had never given me problems, but she suggested I replace them for 'cosmetic' reasons). FIRST, she staif the left teeth touched, the right didn't), &had intense pain if myrted drilling on my tooth, which had not been numbed, & had to re-inject. WHen she finished, she simply walked out of the room. No instructions, no inquireies as to how my teeth felt.WHen the novacaine wore off, I noticed my bite was off and I felt intense pain (like biting on foil with fillings). I returned & she "fixed" my bite (it's still not 100%), & said that the pain would go away once the bite was corrected.NOPE. I now have intense pain when I eat (if food touches the fillings, I have intense pain.Hot/cold liquids cause dull lingering pain. I go to bed each nite w/ a toothache as cold water hurts when I brush my teeth.NOW NEED TO FIND ANOTHER DENTIST TO FIX THE MESS SHE MADE!!
