No conflict ? That's"not allowed" by the FAA. He gets away with it by being your PCP with Cascade Medical. Wait till you loose your insurance, he drop you like a rock and that's after 30 years!

Staff greeted me as soon as I got thru the door! filled out my usually Dr. office paperwork, then with the nurses-less than 10min. and the Dr.-in about another 10min. VERY sweet nursing staff :) Dr was GRT! NO ISSUES!!!!!

I've been going to Cascade Family for several years, first I saw Doc Foltz as my FAA examiner and in later years as my PCP. Never a conflict, and his staff is extremely knowledgable and very helpful! Never a question about billing (UMR Legacy Insurance), although I've had issues with my insurance and his office always promptly resolved those problems for me (how many offices will do that for you?)! They are a family oriented business and a family practice. Doc Larry Foltz is very down to earth, knowledgable, and one of the good guys. Great office, great Docs.

Not sure about the other comments Ive read - but the Dr's and staff were GRT! They above helping me & my child out when we were sick. I've never had any issues with my medical bills and their office. Thanks Cascade Family Medicine Physicians & staff :)

Billing deceived us by saying our insurance is in network, and conveniently went out of network. We called their office to verify after receiving a bill, and they told us they were in network. However, called the insurance (Loomis) company and they told us their contact lapsed 8 months ago. (reason unknown) We got stuck with a ridiculous bill. For all of the hardworking people in the area you want to watch out for this, because any doctor can go out of network very easily. My opinion the Doctors are nice, but the business practices are questionable. Especially since there are other reviews about this family Practice center with similar complaints. Just review Google. Dr.Foltz and for that matter all the other dr.s in his office were incredible but the billing staff are rude and abusive. There was a problem with my insurance not getting the payment to them fast enough and I couldnt even leave a message for my dr. or see him unless i payed the insurace part of over 1200$ dollars. I had to go to the hospital for care even when my insurance company called on three way with me on the line to tell them the claim had been paid and they would fax them proof. Nothing is wrong with the doctors, but unlless something happens with the staff I would never go there again. They care more about money than they do about their patients. When you have a life threatning condition like me not being able to talk to your Dr. can be fatal, I would hate to see any one go through what i had to. Think twice then think again...

I agree. My billing was completely messed up and I couldn't even get a correct bill from them. The office staff was rude, unhelpful and didn't understand what the problem was - that I was being overbilled for charges that they couldn't explain.

They do not know how to bill your insurance, if you have a problem with your bills they think they are always right and will not listen to you.
