His receptionist is very rude, every visit. Dr. Benz is arrogant and obnoxious!

Old fashion, no tele visits, dated facility, no on line appts but knows his stuff. Calls you directly with results. On time and spends time with you. Work in medical field and highly recommend Dr. Benz you won't find a better more caring doctor out there.

Dr. Benz has the manners of a country doctor and the experience of an up to the minute modern physician. He never rushes his patients and explains everything in a manner you can understand without talking down to you. All of his referrals to specialists have been top notch, He respects his patients. I have been seeing him for years The best doctor I have ever had. I just retired from the medical field and I highly recommend him without reservation!

Doctor Benz approaches health services in a practical and objective manner. He is thorough. He has a high level of empathy for his patient. He is tireless in seeking responsive treatments. He is professional. His medical knowledge is well balanced with his "human" knowledge. He treats his patient like a friend. His concern is genuine.

I've been with Dr. Benz for many years. He's always worked with me financially with my on again off again insurance (the world we live in today). He's always treated me with kindness and compassion and like a friend. I highly recommend him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Benz for going on 20 years. Over these years I have had diverse health care needs that he has managed wonderfully. He is excellent at helping me understand my condition and my options. I am very grateful for the top notch care he has provided over the years, and I would give him and his staff 5 stars!!

Dr. Benz has been my daughter's primary care provider for all of her life. Working in health care myself, I have high expectations. He surpasses all expectations with excellence in care and compassion! He exhibits diverse skill set, prompt follow through, and a personal touch in which he calls to check in. His office staff are kind and helpful. I give him the highest recommendation!

Dr Benz was rude most of the time I had appointments with him he was also my mother's doctor. When she had her stroke he refused to have anything to do with her after she was hospitalized. I would not say he was a doctor that I would not recommend to anyone. more interested in money then health problems

Dr. Benz is one of those rare physicians you search for. I lucked out and found him early. As his patient for over 35 years he has attended to my needs and my family with the highest professional demeanor, expertise, compassion, empathy, common sense, genuine concern, factual advise, and honesty. He doesn't beat around the bush and gives you good news and bad news in a matter-of-fact style (which I personally find refreshing). Is he rude? Not at all. He is your friend a cares about you and your well being. As such, he tells the truth! Good or bad! There's long line of folks that wait to have Dr. Benz as their primary care physician for good reason. He's great and I have entrusted him with my health care.

This is the rudest medical professional I have ever run across in 67 years on this planet. I hope it was just an off day, but his unwillingness to answer normal questions in a civil manner was astonishing.
