He didn't call me for my phone appointment that was supposed to be between 12 and 5. they close at 5. I phoned him the next day and the secretary told me I was supposed to get a call a week ago. I looked through my call history and didn't find any evidence of them calling. Now my meds are about to run out before I can see him.

Dr Hansen knows his medications, will take time to listen, if necessary will take your call on week you don't have an appointment. Was Gp before Psychiatrist so is familiar with all forms of medicine and how they interact with mental health. People come first, and he is an excellent diagnostician for Psychiatric illnesses particularly bipolar and depression.

Dr. Hansen was my Mom's Psychiatrist. She rrally liked him. He always took the time to listen to her. My Dad always says he saved her life. Unfortunately she just recently passed away at the young age of 60. She talked so much about what an incredible Psychiatrist he was. He truly cared for my Mom. She would want me to write this and let everyone know he saved her life. After a very long battle with Depression and anxiety, I finally had my mom back for the last 12 years. Thank you Dr. Hansen. I hope you are reading this and can figure which patient she was. Her initials were CAD. Thank you from me, one of her daughters and the rest of my family. You'll never know how much you changed all our lives just by being so wonderful and understanding to her.

Dr. Hansen is an amazing dr. When I first seen him I was scared he’d think I was insane, lock me up and throw away the key. Well to my surprise he asked me questions about different things and before I knew it he said you’re not insane this is what you have and it very severe because you haven’t been treated for them properly. He explained everything to me and plus what the side effects of the meds were. I’ve been with Dr. Hanson almost 4 years and I definitely wouldn’t go to anyone else. Also for the comments that say all he does is push drugs well I’ll have you know my gp and a specialist had me over medicated for years and it was Dr Hanson that got me off of a lot of those meds that in the end I didn’t even need. So drug dealer he is NOT!!!

This testimony has been a long time in coming. I have seen Dr Hansen since he began his practice over 30 years ago & not many people can say that. There were a few years long ago when we had our differences and I saw more than 1 or 2 Dr's during those years. And now I have kept & stayed with him & found him to be like a fine wine, he just get's better with age. I know where i'd be with out him & my G.P. In a grave somewhere or in a Hospital somewhere for the rest of my life. I said to him the other day. I said Dr Hansen, I am glad I bumped into you in my life & he said that's a kind thing to say & said my name. He is the best in this town & I know it & humorously say I hope he never retires. He is a good man & kind & I rarely say that about anyone anymore. I hope you have the privilege of meeting this man. I am sure glad I did.

Top Doc. Knows his stuff very well. He’s not afraid to try different Meds or a combination of Meds and therapy to get you better. He is kind, respectful, caring, and compassionate. He’s never had any problem filling out seemingly endless forms for insurance. He may be running behind at times, but well worth the wait. Always shakes my hand. I’d be lost without him.
