When I was diagnosed with cancer, it was unfortunately quite advanced, and my family doctor and surgeon, were not telling me all the details, which left me in the dark feeling very anxious.
I knew that the news was not good, but not being told clearly was very bothersome to me and did not allow me to plan next steps.
When I met Dr. J, he sat with me and my wife and went over my cancer story in a very clear way, filling in all the gaps.
While the news was not good, he also clearly understood my situation and most importantly give me a treatment plan going forward. I am happy to note that initial results of treatment are good, and I am grateful for Dr J’s upfront honesty and his ongoing care.

Dr. J and his team were very good and kind. I was referred to him after breast cancer surgery and special testing was done quickly and good news for me was that no chemotherapy was needed.

My journey through the cancer centre was excellent considering how scared I was initially getting a referral here following surgery for early stage to breast cancer.
Dr. Jeyakumar and his team including nurse Kim and chemotherapy nurses were very professional and showed a lot of care and compassion during my journey.
On my final appointment, he said he hopes never to have to see me again quickly clarifying that by saying he meant in the cancer centre and this I wholeheartedly agree with lol.
