This place is very over booked. And from what my wife tells me it's a 2 too 3 hour wait each visit. Too bad this place isn't on time an has no time management.

Truly a professional. First grade results. Long waits but that is our system. FREE is worth a little wait ..

There are too many patients booked each day - long wait and when you finally get in you are rushed out with no time to ask questions. Eyes are much worse after surgery a year ago.

I just spoke with Dr Dhurjon's receptionist to book a couple of appointments for family members and must say she was beyond lovely. She was extremely friendly and helpful. Made my day.....kindness goes a long way!!

I had a follow up appointment after having laser surgery. Took over 4 hours of waiting to get in. They put me in a room where I wanted another 30 minutes. The Doctor came in, sat down - told me to “lean forward” (onto the machine chin rest). He looked into my eyes, wrote something down then got up and left the room. I sat there waiting for him for about 10 minutes when the staff came to the room with another patient. She said “oh - why are you still here?” I told her I was waiting fir the Doctor to come back - she said “oh no - your all done”.

I told her he didn’t say anything to me - that he just walked out of the room. She looked embarrassed and said “I’m sorry”...and walked me down the hall to the exit.

I had to just assume that everything with my surgery was fine because he never told me either way.

Has never had a good personality but used to take timeto help. Now after being here for years did a cataract surgery on my husband and totally screwed it up his vision is way worse now than before surgery. Went back to see him.
Dhurjon looked at his eye said it was fine and no need for any further appointments. My husband explained how he couldnt see out the the eye he fixed. He said it was fine and dimissed him like a lowly phesant. He is not the doctor he used to be. Its all $$$$$$$$$Now he has people lined up in surgery like an assembly line. Next, next, next. I paid for the better lens, but never thought i would have less vision. Floaters in my eye no distant vision which i had before surgery and thats my good eye he screwed up.
One of his staff is really a nice person. Another one is a total bi##h. Would recommend him even to an animal

Waited 3.5 hours to have a 4 minute exam. The waiting room was full of his patients, over 30 of them during COVID 19, many elderly were so stiff after sitting for 3 hours waiting for him. Overbooking of patients is a problem. Poor demeanour with patients.

No bedside manner but an excellent doctor. Knows his field.
