I have been going to Dr Sshoales for many years.He has been great .He is very gentle kind caring helpful thorough and does explain his findings in terms you can understand. Also he follows up on the situation at hand. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Schoales and his technicians have always been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. But man, his current secretary is NOT pleasant to deal with in person or on the phone. Short answers, apathetic, and rude.

The voicemail is always full, the secretary never answers the phone and is not pleasant to deal with in person and the office seems to be closed every other week for weather or some other reason. The COVID protocols the secretary uses are pointless. Dr. Schoales was punctual, knowledgeable, had great bedside manor and solved my issue.

Dr Schoales is amazing .. I have been going to see him for my eyes for over 20 years ... staff has always been kind to me and the waiting is just what is .. he is very thorough so sometimes things get backed up .. who ever said he was greedy I. Here obviously doesn’t know him and how kind he really is !!!

the receptionists are rude and seem to not have knowledge about health care system. My travel orders are never completed correctly. The Doctor deserves better staff.

The receptionists were almost rude every time I spoke to them they don’t seem to appear to “care”. Dr. Schoales and the tech I believe are very pleasant and knowledgeable, when you get to see them.

I and my family have been patients of Dr. Schoales for over twenty years. While soft spoken and quiet, he is VERY knowledgeable and very kind and caring to his patients. Highly recommend!

He's so knowledgeable. Conservative in treatment but thorough. He doesn't have the best personality but he's always nice. I believe his previous reception retired, the new staff is awesome! I recommend him to anyone. He's helped me a lot. Because of my medical issue his office is usually able to fit me in urgently which I greatly appreciate bc he's the one I trust to help me preserve my sight.

Very knowledgeable specialist. We have been seeing Dr. Schoales for years now. He is caring and answers all questions. There is typically a long wait in the office though. We've never had an issue with reception staff -- they have always been very accommodatiing.
