Do not recommend! She won’t answer your questions. Won’t look further into your case when unsure of a diagnosis. Forgets previous info she has said or given you. Disorganized. Wasted my time. However, David (receptionist) was lovely. Recommend that you see a different endocrinologist who’s knowledgeable, organized & eager to help with your endocrinology issues.

Horrible!! She answered none of my questions and made me feel stupid. She was also disorganized and was missing half of my paperwork. I'm asking my doctor for a second opinion as this appointment was a waste of time!

Don't know who the people below are, but they're wrong. This receptionist Vicki does everything other doctors' receptionists do, that is take blood pressure, weight, etc., upon patients arrival. I've been seeing Dr. Zatelny for many years, and not once have had bad experiences with either the doctor or the receptionist. They are the reason my type 2 diabetes is down to a very manageable level.

I have always been on time and have always waited an hour for my appointment. Lunch is often arranged with drug reps and the arrangements are for all to hear in the waiting room. Have seen her for years and never been examined by her. Now her secretary takes my blood pressure. Always reminds us of form charges for a signature. The office is highly inefficient for patients. This goes against what we are being told by the got. ...patients first! Improvements are needed!

I cannot say enough about Dr. Zatelny and her staff. When I first met Dr. Zatelny seven years ago I was type II as well as 540lbs. Today, thanks to Dr. Zatelny I am no longer type II and am now only 271lbs and lead a normal lifestyle thanks to her and her staff Vicki and David. Thank you from me and my family for all the help over the years and continued work you are doing at present. Simply put, you and your staff are nothing less than AMAZING!!

Yes, Dr, Zatelny is wonderful; knowledgeable, attentive and compassionate. I do have to agree with the comments re Vicki, the woman receptionist, she is abrupt, rude and makes assumptions, judges you without knowing all your information. David, the other receptionist is great.
