Dr. Balakumar went above and beyond in helping our family through very difficult times. He was supportive and encouraging each time we met with him. When our children or ourselves had any illnesses, he genuinely cared and provided us with the best medical attention possible. If he did not know the answer to a question, he sought the advice of other professionals. Dr. Balakumar means a lot to our family. Although we have never socialized with him, he feels like a true friend to our family. It is reassuring to know that we have a Dr. who demonstrates the meaning of caring.

I went in for a sinus infection, I waited too long and was in agony! He was anything but gentle as he poked and proded my inflames sinuses. I was not impressed with either his skill or bed-side manner. I would wait hours to see any other Dr. in this clinic, rather than go to him again.

Arragant man. He misdiagnosed my 2 year old son and tried to treat him with antibiotics when all it was, was a mild case of yeast infection from too many bubble baths!! I'm so happy I got a second opinion. Also he prescriped cough medication to my son when he first had an asthma attack that sent him to the emergency room. That's when we found out he was having an attack not a "Viral symptoms" like the stupid Dr. assessed.
