Dr. Rayson is one of the best oncologists in the province. She understands and believes in integrative medicine and helps her patients seek out of province treatment if and when needed, for the best care and treatment options possible – Dr. Rayson is a gem among public health care physicians in that she actually wants her patients to live long and be healthy! She is a deeply intelligent doctor who understands that the “big pharma”approach does not alone cure cancer.
I appreciate the quick follow –up and that she always takes the time to listen. She has a wonderful bedside manner and is straightforward and clear making her patients feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Rayson encourages her patients to harness the power of positive thinking, something that is so vital to keeping one’s mental, emotional and physical health in balance – especially through times of stress.
I hope she will train young oncologists before she retires – as our healthcare system certainly needs more truly good doctors like Dr. Rayson who understand the human body and mind, and truly care about their patients!

Dr. Rayson was my oncologist 18 yrs. ago when I was diagnosed with my first cancer. When I was diagnosed in 2013 I was fortunate enough to see her again. She is so thorough, so knowledgeable, has such a wonderful bedside manner. She does not have a hurried approach like most Drs. and I was not apprehensive at all about daring ask any question. She explains things in a manner that you understand what she means and is talking about. She provides an atmosphere of comfort and ease that helps alleviate some of the fear and anxiety from a patient's perspective. She conducts herself with such grace, compassion and humility and you feel her sincerety. It is obvious that she is so very dedicated to her profession and her job and that she is not only focused on the patients physical treatment aspects but equally as focused on the patient's well being. It will be such a loss for the medical community the day that Dr. Rayson decides to retire. She is ones of life's true and rare gems! Dr. Rayson is the best onclogist I have had the great fortune to be able to see as her patient. She believes in integrated medidicne is very knowledgable and is not a "pharma" rep like most public health system oncologists. She actually cares about her patients lives and life span and helps get out of province assistance which is difficult in a small backwater province like Sask. She is a gift to the city of Regina and to Sask Health. I hope the pay her well!

Dr. Rayson has been a wonderful oncologist. She has helped me go for out of province treatment, which is not available in this province.Without her I doubt if I would have been allowed to go.She is very thorough and has a wonderful positive, spiritual outlook. She has time to listen and help.I couldn't have gotten anyone I liked better to help me with my cancer journey.
