Dr. Massa is an excellent surgeon. The whole process from diagnosis, sugery, suture removal and results phone call were handled very professionally. I am very pleased with how Dr. Massa handled my case.

Wait time was only 10 minutes and exam was very detailed and in no way rushed. He gave his opinion of the problem and suggested a first treatment to try with a follow up appointment booked for 2 months. The treatment is not fun but I have no complaints with how everything was handled. Will add that initial referral wait time was quite quick.

I saw Dr Massa today. He was very nice, informative, knowledgeable, polite and after explaining the surgery I needed, asked me if I had any questions. He answered any questions I had. His receptionist was very nice as well.

He called me fat and said that was the problem, despite the fact that pills get lodged somewhere in my throat, that I can end up cough up after 30 seconds from trying to take pills. He begrudgingly refered me on further, but called with "results" the day before my modified swallow test is to take place to say it was just my fault again

Extremely skilled surgeon. I really appreciated his direct manner and confidence during our consultations.
