Best experience at a dentist officer! Great service and highly recommended

I absolutely hate going to the dentist - it is one of my least favourite things in life - but Dr. Charles makes it bearable. For years, before I met Dr. Charles, I would get nervous just thinking about the dentist. Though when I visit, my heart rate is still significantly elevated, I'm not an absolute anxious mess when I visit the dentist. Would highly recommend to anyone who is at all nervous about visitng a dentist. Dr. Charles is a saint.

Charles has been my dentist for a long time. He's managed to save teeth other dentist's just wanted to pull. He's calming when he speaks so you're immediately comfortable. His knowledge is top notch. Uses modern technology and techniques. All around incredible human being, speaks with humility and doesn't rush. Always makes sure I understood any procedure and process. You'll never have to look for another dentist.

Always on time, doesn't overbook himself so can provide patients with the care they need. Charges the fee guide or less which is not what most dentists in Alberta do. Will provide payments options if needed and is very knowledgeable to solve any dental issue fully. I refer all my friends/family to him, he's also just a nice person who is fun to chat with and very respectful.

Been going to this dental office for around 20 years. First with Dr. Pereversoff Sr. and now with Jr. Had to move away for a few years and experience other dentists. He's hands down the best dentist I've been to. He charges the fee guidelines, which unlike other provinces, are not mandatory in Alberta. He doesn't up-sell; he doesn't overcharge; and he doesn't "find" phantom fillings. He is personable, honest, and a skilled dentist. He doesn't operate with any assistants or receptionists, and that keeps his costs down and allows him to run his office in his style. Recommend him on all counts.

Through a friend's recommendation, we went to try Dr Charles out. First impression was he's young and charming. He's nice and patient with my young girls, even my 6 yr old didn't feel nervous and handled the procedures well. I think the office is quite cozy and I do feel comfortable in there. The antique equipment in the waiting area was cool. LOL

I have no issue of no assistants, which makes it more personal as he's doing everything himself! I don't need busy pretty assistants spending time communicating and raise our bills. LOL His little chats definitely help warm up the atmosphere and make the procedures easier. He even reminded us we can call him with any issues or concerns, on his cell if he's not in the office. He seem very professional and confident, explaining what he's doing and how it's done.

In my opinion, someone who comes into the office at 5AM is a very self-disciplined individual.

I've never been able to say I actually enjoyed a dental appointment until today. Just had some filling work done and I didn't feel a thing. I could have had a nap it was so painless and the freezing is almost worn off now and I have no pain whatsoever! The office has been modernized and is looking great and the new equipment being used now is fantastic. Dr. P is very professional, knowledgeable, charming and a great conversationalist. I highly recommend him to everyone.

Aside from being east on the eyes Dr P is the beast dentist I've been to. He'll save a tooth instead of pulling and goes out of his way to ensure you have a great smile.

Every time I've visited Charles he's impressed me with his charming personable manner, professional disarming conversation and excellent knowledge base! If he does run across something that he doesn't know about a new product he will personally get back to you promptly and fill you in. I agree with a previous poster about the excellent, personalized service you get with Charles' practice pushing far beyond a TV and shiny new equipment. If you're seeking a fancy, varnished exterior clinic with no substance in the middle, he might not be for you!
