Not impressed at all. First I am single mom without the luxury of many babysitters. I attend the appt. to discuss my daughters results of her eye test and get asked to leave my 4 and 5 year olds in the lobby with 3 other adults waiting for their appointments. REALLY? I of course refused and said no they will be in the room with me as it is for my daughter to begin with. The entire conversation was him telling me results and then testimonial after testimonial like he really had to try hard to convince me that spending $6000 was worth it and how horrible I would be if I didn't do this for my daughter now at 5 because I only have until she is in grade 2 before it gets worse. Well speaking with others who did spend that $6000 and then some ($10000 to be exact)...I am definitely seeking a second opinion. All the questions he asked me and the I guarantee your daughter cant hop on one foot were all not true...she has no problem catching a ball or hitting a ball with a bat or playing hopscotch as we do all these things....dont think he expected that I am.very active with my.kids? He didn't know what to say so gave me a laminated book of testimonials to read lol....I conclude SCAM

He is a competent doctor and the vision therapy he provides is very helpful. I had a vision therapy with him for 1 year. The first 6 months were important for the therapy, but after a while, I started to notice that everytime I go to the therapy, the therapist gives me the same things that I already did for more than two months, which made me feel that it is the time to stop the therapy and work on my own. I strongly recommend this doctor for people who have a lazy eye or problem with eyes coordination.

Do not send your children to his vision therapy. The payment is too expensive compared to what they provide because every procedure of the therapy is repetitive of what you learn at the beginning of the therapy. The first few months of the therapy were very helpful; however, everything started to get worse at the end as they do not provide new methods. I felt that the therapy should have ended within 4 months. However, he made it for 1 year to benefit from the therapy's payment more than what it actually deserves.

This is the worst place to go for an eye doctor. I was terrorized by this horrid doctor for 4 years while he blamed me saying its my fault I have bad eyes, and said I must do $500 sessions. every year when my eye exam came around I would get terrible anxiety. He is cold, and unprofessional and doesnt have a single compassionate bone in his body. I finally switched to a new doctor, got diagnosed with progressive myopia, got a new type of lens from my new doctor and my prescription has hardly changed in 2 years. do not ever go to this place, it will strip you of happiness....

Basically have been waiting months for follow up exams. Left several messages and no one returns call or give messages to Dr. Moussa. Dr Moussa is very professional but his staff is not.

If you have an issue with your eyes then Dr. Moussa is the guy to see. He is not a typical Optometrist. He is a specialist in complex vision issues. After a concussion in 2012 my vision and balance were compromised. An Optometrist in the Tecumseh Mall told me I was fine and sent me on my way. After a few more months of struggling and not even being able to read a text, my family doctor sent me to Dr. Moussa. Not only does he have specialized equipment and testing that other optometrists do not, he really knows about vestibular issues and brain injuries that other optometrists do not! After 1 year of vision therapy, my eyes are finally working the way they should be. I do not have to wear glasses to read a text and my eyes can help me stay a little more balanced. I still have some balance issues but at least my eyes and working. It's amazing what this type of therapy can do. If your child is cross eyed or has a lazy eye why would you not try this before anyone operates in London! Seriously can not imagine choosing surgery over his methods. They may take a lot longer but they are safe and effective. The optometrist office staff are just ok but the staff at the vision therapy office are amazing. Especially Zee! Just love her.
