I am so heartbroken to find out that Dr. Rossman retired. Of course, I am happy for him. Well deserved. I remember our last phone consultation. He was so compassionate and supportive. I regret not re-booking with him due to valid health reasons. I wish he was still available. Dr. Rossman is a rare gem. Diane, his Office Manager was amazing too! They made an incredible team! Words can never truly express how thankful I am to have had them as part of my medical team. They will be a hard act to follow. Dr. Rossman and Diane are missed ever so dearly! Wishing them both all the best on their new journey.

I see Dr Rossman again in the morning for a double scope. It'll be my third with him. I lost touch as his patient years ago (my fault). Now that I'm having a rougher time gastrointestinal-wise (rate genetic disease causing a slew of problems)... I asked to be referred back to him. I'm beyond thrilled he's seeing me again. Not because it's pleasant to deal with issues, but because he's in the top 3 favorite Specialists I've had over the last 15 years. I've seen minimum 16 Specialists that I can count at the moment. And being regularly followed by 8 of them still. That's a lot of Specialists, and he's right up there.

He's comforting, genuine in trying to diagnose and properly treat patients. He's very thorough and knowledgeable. He takes the appropriate time needed, and really cares. His beside manner is compared to none. No one can compete.

His staff member Diane is phenomenal! I did like Jean, but I LOVE Diane. She's so friendly, knowledgeable, andhelpful.

I'm beyond thrilled he's still practising.

Dr. Rossman is a wonderful Gastroenterologist. He s very thorough with a great sense of humour. His Support staff Dianne is great as well!

Very happy with Dr. Rossman and his receptionist Diane. Dr. Rossman is in no hurry to push you out of the office. He takes his time, he is knowledgeable.
