Biography
Dr. Jason Caplan obtained his MD from the University of Calgary. He went on to complete residency training as Chief Resident in Family Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto. Having held the positions of Lecturer at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Medicine, and courtesy Staff physician at Sunnybrook and Womenβs College Hospitals. In 2004, Dr. Caplan began training in Interventional Pain Management including various Nerve Blocks, Caudal Epidurals, Trigger Point, Botox, and cortisone injections. He is a credentialed Diplomat of the American and Canadian Academies of Pain Management. Dr. Caplan is recognized as a Pain Specialist by the CPSO and has trained several MDs who have changed their scope of practice to Interventional Pain Management for the CPSO. After 17 years of Pain Management experience, he has relocated to the beautiful Okanagan.

Wow..I was beginning to loose hope in our medical system β¦ it was about a 3 month wait list but so worth it
Dr Caplan was very through about the injections being giving for my nerve pain in my neck
I donβt find it painful at all , worth it to those that have been suffering
He gave me lots of information
Grateful I live in an area that these treatments are offered
I plan to follow all recommendations Dr Caplan has given me and hope others get pain free
