Lacking compassion and didn’t spend a few extra minutes to make a much needed referral. Attributed symptoms to anxiety and wasn’t helpful.

I have been using Dr. Pardo for several years. Things started out great. She is clearly very smart, and helped me make some very positive changes to my life. However, she still has a lot to learn in terms of basic human interaction. Appointments were never rushed. She spent plenty of time with me, but most of it was spent staring at her computer screen. She would dish out lots of suggestions, especially regarding diet and sleep, but never paused to ask about ME, my life, or anything beyond what I put on my intake sheet. When I would implement many of the changes she suggested, she would never acknowledge the changes or provide any sort of positive feedback - her discussions were always negative.

She comes across as being very into hollistic, mindfulness, organic foods, etc., so if you are not into that, it can get uncomfortable. She even spent a lot of time telling me I should not drink milk at all, but if I am going to, it should be from grass-fed cows, and furthermore, I really need to find out what color spots the cows have, because the quality of the milk varies according to the color of the spots on the cows.

Then she started to get way too obsessed with some of my blood test numbers. Even though my numbers were well within the range listed on the test results, she kept trying to fine tune the numbers, to get them perfect. She even tried to prescribe medications that were not covered by insurance. This unnecessarily cost me a lot of money. When that didn't work, she sent me to a specialist, who could not understand what the problem was. She said my numbers were fine, and just keep doing what I was doing with the generic medication. Luckily, the specialist took over prescribing.

In the end, Dr. Pardo just kind of picked up and left her practice in Weston with very little warning. Apparently she is going to a "concierge" medical practice in Chestnut Hill. I wanted to see her for my annual physical, and to get my annual flu shot, but I was told the appt. would be remote, and I should go to CVS for a flu shot. I am very disappointed that she basically dropped her patients like hot potatoes.

Stay away unless you want to pay for unnecessary tests. My annual preventative visit has cost me $900 out of pocket thus far and I have top shelf/low deductible insurance. I've never experienced this with a doctor before.

I was in terrible pain and she could not understand or sympathize. Not recommended at all.

Young and inexperienced. If you have any serious concerns do not go to her.

Prescribed 2 prescriptions but office staff only called in 1 to the pharmacy by mistake. Refused to call again. Asked for a referral, was given someone who was on vacation for 3 weeks and requested a new one. She refused to give me a new referral and suggested that if I could not wait 3 weeks (for a simple issue), I should go to the ER, as if it were free and expedient.
