I do not reccommend her. I had to waste 6 months waiting for a specialist that she referred me to for a procedure to contact me. However, I realized by calling the specialist office by myself that her office didn't send any referral. They made an excuse or told a lie to me that they sent a referral. They didn't even say 'sorry'. I completely lost trust in her and her staff. I regret not leaving her earlier. If you want to waste your time, then go to her office!!!

I do not recommend Dr. Forman. She has a very inflated opinion of herself and seems to think she is more important than others. I find she talks down to the people around her, and overall my experience was negative. Please go find another more helpful (and kind) doctor!

I do not understand why everybody write same thing and she does not try to fix the problem? We wait 2 hours and they are not even busy!

She is so unprofessional , another patient and I waiting in the rooms for 1 hour , she did not show up ! Sitting in her room and by her staff , doing stuff from hospital ! My appointment was at 8:30 and at 10 am still waiting inside the room ! They took 5 bottle of blood at the beginning with no explanations ! She is so unprofessional !

When she worked in Agincourt location, My doctor refered me to see her , Her waiting time was very long, She always said that she has to deal with the hospital emergency and asked the patients to wait 2 hours. If she worked in hosital on call, why did she book many patients on these days? Should her patients' time be not valuable? Only her time is valuable?The answe is that she did not care about and respect her patients. My ultrasound showed that I had adenomyosis, she never discussed the treatment and prognosis of the diseases. She is not a knowedgable and responsible doctor. I would like to give her zero, but I could not find it.

My first day at the clinic...I ended up waiting for 1.5 hrs before seeing Dr. Forman. While I was waiting I was told to do the blood test as well as for my partner. When the lab technician, Eric, called my name...I simply asked if he needed my partner as well to come in and he replied "I only have 2 hands soo..." I was stunned by his very unprofessional response. Whenever he talked to give me instructions...it seemed like he was mumbling to himself and I had to get him to repeat what he said. When he said I had to get the urine test done, I asked him if I go now or after I see Dr. Forman and he mumbled "It doesn't matter to me when you go"....seriously could he be any more rude?? The rest of the staff weren't very helpful either. There were other incidents which I can go on about but the initial dealing with this Eric left a bad taste in my mouth. As for Dr. Forman...she seemed pleasant but her punctuality is an issue. I am going to be looking to change clinic given the poor ratings I have read so far and especially based on my very short experience with the clinic. Wish I had done some research before wasting my time here.

I wish I can write a very good review for Doctor Forman, but my experience being her patient for 2 years could not validate a positive review. I know most patient complains about the wait, and yes, the wait is usually 1-2 hours, but the wait won't bother me as much if dr Rachel Forman was able to help me. And unfortunately she couldn't (or hadn't ). Each time I visit, I walk away with the exact same information. My hormone level showed some unusual dip consistently during end of ovulation, but she brush that off and tells me " I don't know what happened, I am not sure what happened there". She never checked if I had endo, any infections, or try to explain what she think my problems might be. Sometimes I wonder if any of her patient ever get a successful pregnancy while under her care. I for sure have had zero luck.. Doctor Forman has a very soft and calm voice, which does put me at ease, but unfortunately, other than the calm voice, I have gain nothing but month and month of meds, needles, and sadness (that I am still not prego after 2 years of working with her) .

Helped to diagnose me with a rare condition and had a good bedside manner when I was dealing with the after effects of a test, but that's where her helpfulness ended. She had me repeat a test, then when we came in to get the results, she said "Oh. Didn't I give those to you already? Oh, well they're at my other office, I'll call you with them tomorrow." Never called back. She also pushed heavily for us to jump straight to IVF, saying that other options might work, but it was our best chance which leads me to believe she had no interest of even trying the other methods. After I switched to another RE, he requested my file from her office which to date, never surfaced. She's all over the place and is more interested in running tests on you than actually helping you. Stay well clear and see someone else. (For the record, the other RE managed to help us conceive on the first try using the least invasive means possible and I'm not here with my beautiful 5 month old child. IVF was not required.)

Dr Forman is very knowledgable and thorough. She is very understanding, comfortable and extremely easy to talk to. I really like her and her expertise ! Her secretary is also very nice. I just wish she would answer the phone more often :)
