I went to Dr. Thomas to have a defect repaired in my heart. He was an adequate doctor. Did not seem to care about anything more than doing my procedure. He did do a good job with my surgery, no fault there, but the follow-up care sucked. At my post-surgery appt. I had to see the NP only. He didn't care to show up. When another dr and I both had a question relating to the meds he had me taking, he did not bother to respond to numerous phone calls by me and my other dr or to letters requesting info from the other dr. Wouldn't even respond to a colleagues questions. I would recommend that anyone needing cardiology care run very fast away from this doctor.
