Dr. Gish is so friendly and caring. He treats me with respect and is able to find me help in other areas where he is not able to. I always look forward to my visits with him. The only downside - in order to call him, you aren’t able to connect with his office staff directly. You have to call St. Luke’s Mental Health, and it takes forever for them to answer because you’re put on hold. Always.

The first time I met him I was not sure what I was getting into but after he was able to answer my questions and give me info that has been useful in recovering from a TBI, my respect has grown. There has been one time when he had to reschedule an appointment but they did call me and it was rescheduled. I have had to reschedule things in my life for legit reasons such as illness, training, etc. On the other side of the coin when I needed to see him, his staff was always able to get me in. He has been very good at managing my medications and being an advocate for me when my insurance has not initially covered the medication. My pharmasist commented on the rarety of success when getting this particular medication approved. I am writing this because all to often, a message left on a site like this ends up being a place to express ones frustrations whether they are expressed accrately or not. I am satisfied with the help I have received.

Dropped as a client without notification. Rescheduled one appt and missed one. This after over 2 years of service with him. Did not communicate with anyone else on my team of doctors. Would not recommend.
