I have been seeing Dr. Egan for the last 13 years. In my opinion he is by far the best psychiatrist in Duluth. He is head of the department at Miller Dwan. He is extremely knowledgeable about all the various psychiatric disorders, and the medications used to treat them. He administers ECT to many patients, but does NOT force people into it. Dr. Egan encourages his patients to be involved in their treatments, which is a rare thing to find in psychiatrists!
