Wish we had of read reviews before going. This supposed doc told us our 5 year old daughters eyes were fine and wasted a year of improving our daughters vision, listen to the optometrists!!!! Not this guy. Very weird and if he ever had any knowledge it is gone. If I could rate him a zero I would.

Receptionist is terrible, rude. Dr was ok, but now retired. No phone calls from the office; we found out when we're arrived at the office and found a note on the door.

This doctor is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I've been going to him for years for various eye problems. The receptionist is helpful and efficient. The best of cares!

I visit Dr. Lees office every 6 months for a problem with my eyes. He has always been very professional. His receptionist is wonderful and always very friendly. She is usually very busy and maybe that is taken as being rude or abrupt? Are you sure your talking about the same office? I will continue to go to Dr. Lee as he knows what he is talking about.

called the confirm an appointment and the receptionist thought she knew everything under the sun. She was rude, put the Dr.'s competency in office skills down and it felt like I was putting her out of her way to answer my questions concerning a referral. Brutal.

I think this dr is very rude, i have dealt with him, and due to my condition i couldn't open my eyes while he was pointing light in my eyes and he started raising his voice at me...and then stopped the eye exam and asked me to come back when i could open them,,,,,i waited in his office for 2.5 hours and the appt was 5-7 min long asked his receptionist how long i would have to wait she abruptly said this is the norm and no matter what time i come back it would always be like this,,,,,,both are rude and need to learn some etiquette ....ridiculous !!!

Really good guy. Funny and knows what he's doing. Overbooked because he doesn't refuse patients like every other Ophthalmologist in the Durham Region. Ignore what all the malcontents above stated, this guy knows what he's doing. I went to multiple doctors for an eye infection, spend 100s of dollars, nothing works. Saw Dr. Lee and my problem was fixed within the first dose of medications I received. There will never be a another one like him.

books appointments starting at 09:00 does not come in till 10:00. Sneaks in back door so he does not have to face waiting patients. Rude, argumentative, yells at some patients, will not discuss his findings. Simply tells you "he will tell you when", referring to possible cataract surgery. Field vision testing does take into account bi-focal or tri-focal glasses. Does not seem to understand the need to see the light spot before starting the test. Count on three hour wait in Whitby office because of overbooking and late start.
