It's nice not to have to wait forever. Gets you in and out on time. Easy to get an appointment. I found the doctor I need.

Dr. Graves in my opinion is an excellent Dr. whenever i had an appt; they staff in the front were very pleasant, his nurses are very caring, i was seen by the Dr. in a very timely matter I never had to wait 15 minutes to be seen by him, they took very good care of me,(my labs were donein a very professinal and timely matter, he is very thorough i trust Dr. Graves to give me his very best care through his knowledge in medicine, I love these people and I hope to be with them for a very long time. I have read alot of the prior reviews and I'm sorry that these people had a bad experience but it was the opposite for me I enjoy them all and all the nurse's are in medical scrubs, smile and greet you unless their with other patients, they do acknowledge your presence and let you know that they will be with you in a matter of minutes. I plan to make Dr. Graves our family physician and I understand that no one Dr. has all the answers, but I trust him to find it.

I am not surprised about the comments written by the other patients as I too had the same experience with Dr. Graves and his nurse although his reception staff and office manager were kind. I agree that he is rude, insensitive and unprofessional. He doesn't listen when you discuss your illness but continues to type on his computer as you speak. He doesn't show concern when you have a life threatening reaction to meds that he prescribed or the amount of pain you will have to endure from medical tests ordered. He gives up on you when he can't figure out what is wrong and demonstrates no compassion.

After using Dr. Graves for two years as a family doctor and having several visits with different family members, we have decided to find a different doctor. My son has several medical conditions and we were told my Dr. Graves when he couldn't find an answer that it was in his head. This was stated in front of a 13 year old boy. It wasn't in his head...it was in his lungs. He does refer out but his staff never makes the contacts unless you call and call and call them. His nurse...I've called for two days in a row and I'm still waiting on a call. My family is worth much more than this poor service.

Very rude DR. Doesn`t take constructive critisim well at all. Not on time. Doesn`t see patients in correct order. Had to beg for specialist referral when he said he didn`t know what was wrong. He didn`t seem concerned about my families well being at all. Nurse doesn`t answer the phone and doesn`t return calls. When you politely mention this to him he gets defensive tells you to take your business elsewhere. One of the worst Dr`s ever. This has happened mutiple time to my family members. Not an isolated insodent.

Doctor is very nice but not thorough in examination. He will refer you to a specialist but he or his staff does not follow through. You have to stay on them for the follow up. His nurse almost never returns calls although her voice mail states that she will. You have to keep calling to get results.

Dr Graves is very caring. If he can't find the answer to your problem he will send you to a speciallist instead of expermenting. I like the fact that he will say "I don't know" and send you to someone more qualified in that field. I rated the staff as a three because his nurse has never returned a call even when she says she will. Some of the receptionists are very short spoken and not friendly, also not appropriately dressed for a phycians office.
