Superior doctor, he is thorough and listens to his patients, I would recomend him to anyone. He resolved a significant problem that an Internal Medicine physician ignored.

Dr. Richter has been a blessing to my parents. I am always humbled and thankful the good care. He is thorough and never rushes his patients out the door, he is also mindful of following up on subsequent visits. It would serve Collom & Carney well to staff their entire clinic with such.

Not very caring...seemed to think I was drug seeking when I was actually in pain. Source of pain still unidentified. Nice guy, just was not able to help me.
