The clinic is crowded to the point where patients wait outside. The front desk ladies seem very nice, but are over worked. They need to focus on fewer patients and provide quality care. They were supposed to schedule an ultrasound appointment for me, that was a few weeks ago. I still haven't heard anything from them after dropping by the place twice. Dr. Batool is not very personable and doesn't smile at all. I will not be going there again and would not recommend her or the clinic.

As a new resident of Saskatoon I was in need of a new family doctor. I choose Dr. Batool based on convenience of location, and was a little skeptical after reading poor reviews. I booked in for my yearly complete physical and was pleasantly surprised to find Dr. Batool very thorough, gentle and professional. Not only will I be using her in the future but have recommended her to friends. The support staff could use some work, they are a little unorganzied at times. Otherwise, all was good- Dr. Batool gets my thumbs up!

I really like this doctor. She is really caring, and even gets her staff to call later if something serious happened. I think that people want their doctor to be really friendly and have this expectation of having a nice chat whenever they visit their family doctor. Dr Batool is not interested in small talk, which is just as well since she does her job really well and makes sure referrals are sent when necessary.

I'm new to Saskatoon about 4 months,with a pre existing kidney stone problem. I needed a referal as conditions were worse. Dr. Batool told me to go back to Regina & get my old doctor to help me & that he would not. He did not ask me any clarification questions or if i could sign a release so he could get info from my Dr. He did not seem interested in having me as a pt for any reason.

I have just finished reading the negative comments written about Dr. Batool. I am disgusted.I have had nothing but positive feed back. She is very considerate, listens and follows through with tests etc.just because Dr. Batool is not a conversationlist does not mean that she isn't an excellent doctor.All our personalities are different.Personally I would rather have a knowledgeable Doctor who is sincere and dedicated. If you want to socialize go to the local bar. Doctors are here to help with medical concens not to entertain you.She is a beautiful person inside and out.Docters are not mind readers... if you want your blood pressure taken then ask. Personally , my husband and I are very happy with Dr. Batool and we will continue being her patients.

Wonderful doctor. She is very knowledgeable and gentle. I went to her for a physical, she checked everything including all the necessary screenings. I never felt uncomfortable at all but felt she was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend her and continue going to her.

Dr. Batool is a very pleasant and knowledgeable doctor. She was quick to investigate and treat my problems. She didn't even mention cosmetic procedures. I have seen both her and her colleague and find them to be very professional. I would recommend her.

Dr.Batool is knowledgeable, but she is very reticent and doesnt smile or speak much. She never rushed us through appointments but she does her work.Never mentioned any cosmetic procedure to us. I would recommend her if you dont mind asking all your questions and dont mind a Dr who doesnt speak much.

Dr. BATOOL is the worst dr ever seen. when i go see her, she doesnt take my tempretaure or blood pressure, all what she do is send me for blood work. I went to see her last time regarding my dizziness
